Dedicate a Brick

Purchasing engraved bricks is a good way to honor veterans past and present. A brick with your name and branch of service or your family member’s name engraved for all to see will be used to pave the walkway and area surrounding the monument. A Veterans Memorial will be an honorable and proud addition to Milroy. It will be the first thing you see as you enter the town. If you would like, you can purchase a brick “IN HONOR OF ALL VETERANS” with your family name engraved on it. You do not have to be a resident of Milroy to participate. By selling these bricks, we will have the funding to help build this memorial. You may purchase a 4x8 inch brick, which can be engraved with up to 3 lines for a minimum of $50.00 or an 8x8 inch brick, which can be engraved with up to 6 lines for a minimum of $75.00. Use all CAPITAL letters and allow a space between each word. What you write on the form is what will be engraved on your brick so make sure to proof read what you have written. Although it is not necessary, we would be grateful for all donations above the minimum. Thank-you for your participation!

Veterans of all branches of military service will be represented there. We have had a lot of interest from families of servicemen who would like to honor their family member with a brick, but in order to make this happen, and to be able to maintain the area we need to have as much financial support as possible.
